Q: How do I arrange an appointment to visit a training center?
If you enter your contact details into the enquiry form, your details will be forwarded to a training center in your region for an approved Course Adviser to arrange (we do Not forward your contact details onto a 3rd Party)
Q: Are the courses approved?
All the courses / Qualifications are approved by academic bodies such as; City & Guilds / NVQ / ACS GAS Safe / endorsed by Educational Establishments (colleges) & Employers across the UK

Q: Do I have to study Full-Time?
Courses are flexible to study either Full or Part-Time (Evenings / Weekends), work out a ROTA to suit your personal circumstances

Q: How long will it take to qualify?
The courses are flexible so study so can be either studied Full-Time (Mon – Fri), to obtain a fully approved professional qualification takes from 3 – 6 months or Part-Time (alternate days or Evenings) takes between 6 – 12 months or Weekends (consecutive or alternate) takes up-to 18 – 24 months (Welding & Renewable courses are shorter). If required; it’s also possible to re-take exams / modules at no extra cost until a pass-rate is achieved
Q: Do I study online or at a training center?
Courses are split into 3 key areas; Practical (within a training center close to you – 18 across the UK), Theory (within a class-room environment) & a certain amount of Home-Study will be expected from the course books
Q: If I fail an exam, can I re-take?
Exam modules can be re-taken until a pass rate is achieved at no extra cost
Q: Do I need any qualifications to start a Trades course?
None for the initial entry levels of City & Guilds 1 – 2 (a Course Adviser will assess each individuals ability to recommend which course is best suited). The higher levels of require for C&G Level 2 to be completed first to progress to NVQ Levels 2 & 3
Q: What is the cost?
Courses start from £15 - £20 per week. Payment can be either spread over the length of the course or a flexible monthly interest-free payment plan (installments) can be arranged to suit your personal circumstances
Q: Can I pay back over a period of time?
Yes, flexible interest-free re-payment loans are available if required
Q: Can I study if I’m not working?
Yes, If eligible Government funds are available for individuals registered for Job Seekers / Income Support payments
Q: Do you offer Apprenticeships?
Yes, If eligible Part-Funded Apprenticeships for 19 – 24 year olds & Advanced Higher Apprenticeship for 24+ year olds (interest-free in cases)
Q: Can you help after qualifying?
Yes, Job Placements available upon completing & qualifying
Q: What can I do when I qualify?
There is a Employer Job network to assist on the career-path to initially suit you; either as a full-time employee, sub-contractor or self-employed trades person
Q: What are the different trades costs?
Example of course costs; Complete Plumbing - City&Guilds (C&G) Levels 1 & 2 from £1,995 or Levels 1 - 3 including NVQ Levels 2 & 3 Diploma qualification from £2,995 / Complete Electrical – C&G Levels 1 & 2 from £1,995 including NICEIC 17th Edition & PAT Testing or Level 1 - 3 including Levels 2 & 3 NVQ Diploma qualification from £3,995 / Complete ACS Gas Safe Engineer qualification (including Complete Boiler Repair, CP12 Landlords’ Cert & Dual-Fuel Smart Metering Installation) from £4,995* including signed portfolio-of-work – all course costs include tools required & approved study material (books)
Q: I’m leaving the armed services, can you help?
Yes, Ex-Military / Armed Services (re-settlement credits) all approved courses are available to help you re-train - ELCAS Provider
* Gas course prices will vary due to taking into any past Trades experience obtained or past exam modules completed in either Plumbing or Electrical C&G fully or part-qualified
